Lack of Transparency and Poor Communication,I recently hired this company to replace a lock, and my experience was frustrating and disappointing. Initially, the price quoted was $150 to replace a lock cylinder or $250 for a whole lock set. However, after their assessment, they changed one side of the lock without informing me or getting my approval for the new price of $259.The most concerning issue was their assumption that I would understand the technical details without them properly explaining the problem or the options. I was not informed of the actual issue with the lock or given the chance to agree to any changes in pricing. The technician simply went ahead and changed the lock without my consent, which felt dishonest and unprofessional.When I raised this issue with them, the response was dismissive, and instead of owning the mistake, they blamed me for not understanding the original quote, And when asked why did they not inform me of change of quote they conveniently blamed it on me for not being present when the lock was being changed, when they could have simply just WatsApp or called to inform. There was a clear lack of communication, and I felt pressured to accept a service and price that I had not agreed to.As a customer, I expect transparency—especially when there is a change in Quote/ Price, I would strongly advise caution when considering this company, as their approach to customer communication and pricing was far from satisfactory.
